Join Code Ninety as Corporate Lawyer in our modern Islamabad office. Full‑time corporate lawyer position with PKR 115,000 monthly salary for business lawyer and commercial lawyer roles in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities

Draft and review commercial contracts using legal document management systems, provide corporate legal advice on business transactions and compliance matters, negotiate vendor agreements and client contracts, manage intellectual property rights and trademark registrations, ensure regulatory compliance with SECP and Pakistan Companies Act, handle corporate governance and board resolutions, and provide legal support for international contracts with US and GCC clients. You'll work as corp lawyer and contract lawyer for enterprise software projects, SaaS agreements, and technology licensing deals.

Requirements

LLB degree (completed) with Pakistan Bar Council enrollment, 36 months professional experience as corporate lawyer, business attorney, or commercial lawyer, expertise in contract law and corporate governance, excellent legal research and drafting skills in English and Urdu, ability to work on‑site at our Islamabad office with Fortune 500 technology clients.
