Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SaaS subscription and data licensing agreements.
• Familiarity with international regulatory and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Board resolutions and intercompany agreements experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and filing of annual financial returns, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, and related disclosures.
• Draft, negotiate, and amend SaaS agreements and data licensing agreements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage governmental incentives to improve corporate financial performance.
• Manage incorporation of international affiliates and subsidiaries.
• Draft intercompany agreements and board resolutions for international entities.
• Ensure compliance with OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
