We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Multan Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for the commercial building project
• Create design concepts and plans that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
• Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
• Manage budget constraints and make necessary adjustments throughout the project
• Coordinate with contractors engineers and other professionals involved in the project
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software
• In-depth knowledge of building codes regulations and construction methods for commercial buildings
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and professionals from various backgrounds
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month
