Oasis Wellness Oman is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect for our Karachi, Pakistan team. You will oversee design and construction of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and inspectors.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture with at least 7 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software, and strong knowledge of codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an architect with strong design skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes zoning regulations construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and plans for new construction projects.
