Job summary

ApexBuild Solutions in Multan is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion on a part-time basis. The role requires delivering design solutions, coordinating with clients, and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.

You will prepare detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD or Revit, supervise junior architects, conduct site visits, and stay current with codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors and team members.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws and other regulations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
