A reputable architecture firm in Multan is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process of various projects from start to finish. This role requires an experienced individual with strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process of projects from concept development to construction documentation
• Create and present design proposals to clients
• Collaborate with team members including engineers, contractors and other architects
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Oversee the production of construction documents and monitor progress during construction phase
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design

• Excellent knowledge of architectural principles, building materials, methods and codes
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software programs
