Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Cloud Technical Specialist to deliver advanced technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, focusing on 365, Entra ID, and Azure. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners and customers, handling troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational guidance to ensure optimal cloud performance and user experience.

Qualifications

4–5 years of technical support for Microsoft and cloud identities.
Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, authentication, and end-user productivity services.
Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions.
Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID).
Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues (authentication, SSO, MFA, provisioning, directory synchronization).
Manage and support Microsoft Azure environments (subscription admin, IaaS, networking, VPNs, monitoring, cost reporting).
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and licensing inquiries (Microsoft 365, Azure, CSP).
Ensure timely resolution of support requests while meeting SLAs.
