Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Carrier chillers is required.
• 5–6 years of experience in chiller operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chillers and chilled-water systems per SOPs.
• Monitor operating parameters: temperature, pressure, flow, current, voltage, refrigerant.
• Start, stop, and adjust chillers per demand.
• Monitor BMS/controls for alarms and faults.
• Record readings and maintain daily logs.
• Identify abnormal conditions and coordinate troubleshooting.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Check for leaks and report abnormalities.
• Prepare operational reports.
