Job summary

HRSI in Karachi is seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC systems. You will supervise technicians, coordinate daily schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8–10 years of hands-on HVAC experience with project execution, drawings review, and performance monitoring to improve reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
8–10 years of HVAC experience focused on plant operations and project execution.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to review drawings, specs, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise HVAC technicians, mechanics, and subcontractors during installation, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure quality and safety standards.
Plan and coordinate daily HVAC maintenance and work schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
Inspect HVAC equipment and systems regularly to identify and address issues promptly.
Diagnose HVAC faults and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and system performance for audits.
