HRSI invites applications for a Chiller Operator to manage Carrier chiller plants and related equipment. You will operate and monitor chillers and chilled-water systems, ensuring adherence to operating procedures and safety standards in a busy facility.

Operate and monitor chillers and chilled-water systems in accordance with approved operating procedures.
Monitor chiller operating parameters including temperature, pressure, flow, current, voltage, and refrigerant conditions.
Operate and monitor chilled-water pumps, condenser-water pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, and associated equipment.
Start, stop, and adjust chillers according to cooling demand and operating requirements.
Monitor BMS/control panels for alarms, faults, and abnormal operating conditions.
Perform routine inspections of chillers and associated mechanical equipment.
Record operating readings and maintain accurate daily log sheets.
Identify abnormal conditions such as high/low pressure, high temperature, unusual vibration, noise, leakage, or reduced cooling performance.
Respond to equipment alarms and coordinate with HVAC technicians or supervisors for troubleshooting and repairs.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Check chilled-water supply and return temperatures and ensure systems operate within required parameters.
Monitor cooling tower operation, water levels, pumps, valves, and associated equipment.
Check for refrigerant, oil, water, and other system leaks and report abnormalities immediately.
Assist with chiller changeover and sequencing to maintain continuous cooling.
Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around chiller plant rooms and equipment.
Follow equipment manufacturers' operating procedures and company maintenance standards.
Support energy-efficiency initiatives by monitoring equipment performance and operating conditions.
Follow all health, safety, environmental, and emergency procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
