Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive the battery portfolio in Karachi. You will engage industrial clients, UPS companies, EPCs, and consultants, promoting industrial batteries and backup power solutions.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience and a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure technical compliance, pricing, and timely delivery, while building new and expanding existing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial battery sales, UPS systems, or backup power solutions.
• Understanding of VRLA/AGM, lead-acid, and industrial stationary battery applications is preferred.
• Strong customer networking, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to independently manage sales opportunities from lead generation to order closure.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales of industrial batteries, UPS batteries, and backup power solutions.
• Identify and approach industrial clients, UPS companies, EPC contractors, consultants, and infrastructure projects.
• Understand battery applications and recommend suitable battery technologies and specifications.
• Generate leads, manage inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts across Karachi and nearby industrial areas.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for technical compliance, pricing, and delivery.
