Job summary

Thokmandee is seeking a Senior Copywriter to craft high-converting messaging across paid ads, email marketing, and sales content. You’ll own copy across touchpoints, working with marketing, product, and sales to drive conversion and revenue impact.

Ideal candidates bring data-driven, conversion-focused writing with a strong B2B perspective and experience in multi-channel campaigns, including landing pages and platform explainers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of copywriting experience (B2B preferred).
• Experience with performance marketing or growth teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent and professional B2B brand voice.
• Continuously test and optimize copy using performance data and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging.
• Apply CRO principles to optimize funnels and improve conversion rates.
• Translate complex B2B workflows into simple, benefit-driven communication.
• Create high-converting B2B marketing assets across paid ads, email campaigns, and landing/product pages to attract, nurture, and convert retailers and buyers.
• Develop compelling value propositions centered on pricing transparency, seamless supplier access, and efficient procurement workflows.
• Produce persuasive sales collateral, including platform explainers, supplier onboarding materials, and buyer-focused messaging to drive adoption and engagement.
