Creative Chaos in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to guide automation testing across software projects. You will develop robust test frameworks, review test artifacts, and ensure both manual and automated tests meet high standards.

Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar field.
8-10 years of automation testing experience.
Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Java.
Proficient with automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Xunit, or similar.
Strong QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Hands-on with white box and black box testing.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Experience with CI/CD, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
Excellent English communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on business and quality parameters.
Develop test automation framework and enhance per project needs.
Review test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
Ensure manual and automation tests follow defined standards.
Coordinate QA activities across software development.
Develop automation scripts for user stories in sprints using Selenium, Java, TestNG, Appium, Jenkins, Maven.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across SDLC.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing.
Help recruit software testing talent.
