Job summary

Leading Edge in Islamabad is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2–3 years of manual and automated testing. You will design test strategies, write robust test cases, and grow our automation suite using Selenium.

You'll collaborate with developers, PMs, and BAs, perform API testing with Postman, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of QA experience (manual + automation).
• Hands-on with Selenium (Java/Python) or similar.
• API testing with Postman, RestAssured, etc.
• CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile.
• BS/MS in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual + automated tests for web/mobile apps.
• Write + maintain Selenium automation scripts; integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with JMeter for load testing and Postman for API testing.
• Collaborate with devs, PMs, and BA to define quality standards.
• Log, track, and verify defects in JIRA; drive regression time reduction.
• Suggest ways to automate more and reduce regression time.
