Overview

We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present design proposals to clients ensuring they meet their requirements and budgets.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Review construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct site visits to ensure that construction work is progressing per the design plans.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other related software.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
