Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a technically strong Senior Accountant to take ownership of general ledger accounting, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity consolidation for a US-based construction business. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including senior-level responsibility for the month-end close, together with hands-on Sage Intacct expertise.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA/CA/ICMA preferred.
Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or general ledger role.
Hands-on Sage Intacct experience in the General Ledger, multi-entity, and consolidation modules.

Responsibilities

Own month-end close processes with journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations.
Record, reconcile, and settle intercompany transactions across multiple entities.
Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting packs.
Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit queries; ensure US GAAP compliance.
