Job summary

HR Navigator seeks a Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist with 5–10 years of hands-on reporting experience. You will design and deliver the reporting layer for a US‑based client, building dashboards, custom reports, and dimension‑driven views across finance, operations, and sales, while leading client communications in US Central Time.

Expert Sage Intacct skills are essential; Power BI and Excel are valuable secondary tools.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on reporting and analytics, end-to-end ownership.
• Sage Intacct reporting build experience (2026 R3 or earlier).
• Strong command of Sage Intacct dimensions and multi-entity reporting.
• Finance/business background with ability to run requirements sessions.
• Excellent English communication with US clients; client-facing skills.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI, SQL or Sage Intacct API is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Sage Intacct dashboards and reports from requirements to rollout.
• Deliver cross-functional reporting including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Gather requirements from department heads and translate into metrics.
• Own the Sage Intacct reporting foundation, including dimensions and COA.
• Automate delivery with scheduled runs, subscriptions and alerts; minimize manual work.
• Interact with US-based client in US Central Time; present dashboards and handle changes.
• Extend reporting using Excel/Power BI/API when needed; ensure performance and accuracy.
