Game District in Lahore is seeking a 2D Game Developer – Unity to join our on-site studio. You will design, develop, and ship high-quality 2D mobile games using Unity and C#, and work closely with designers, artists, and QA to bring concepts to life.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Unity experience, strong C#, SOLID principles, and proven mobile game shipping. You will optimize performance, collaborate across teams, and stay current with Unity features and mobile gaming trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Unity game development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience shipping mobile games.
• Solid understanding of game development fundamentals (UI, physics, animation).
• Experience with Git/version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality 2D games using Unity and C#.
• Develop gameplay systems, UI, animations, and features.
• Write clean, scalable, optimized, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, QA, and other developers to implement features.
• Optimize games for performance on mobile devices.
• Debug and resolve issues, crashes, and bottlenecks.
• Integrate third‑party SDKs, ads, and in‑app purchases.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to juniors.
• Participate in technical discussions to improve workflows.
