About the Role

Game District is looking for a 2DGame Developer – Unity to join one of our game development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Unity and C#, a solid understanding of game development fundamentals, and the ability to build, optimize, and maintain high‑quality 2D mobile games.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality 2Dgames using Unity and C#.
• Develop gameplay systems, mechanics, UI, animations, physics, and other game features.
• Write clean, scalable, optimized, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, QA, and other developers to implement game features.
• Optimize games for performance, memory usage, loading times, and overall stability, particularly for mobile devices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.
• Integrate third‑party SDKs, APIs, analytics, advertisements, and in‑app purchases.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
