Job summary

ibex in Lahore is seeking a Scrum Master/PMO to lead agile practices and strengthen project management across the organization. You will partner with development teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive value and continuous improvement.

The role requires 2+ years as a Scrum Master and 2+ years in PMO, with certifications such as PSM/CSM and PMP being highly regarded. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).

• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and management.
• Track and communicate team metrics and progress.

As a Scrum Master/PMO, you will serve as both an agile leader and project management office contributor, helping teams deliver value while establishing and maintaining project management best practices across the organization. You\'ll work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure project success and continuous improvement.

• Support budget tracking and financial reporting
• Facilitate project status meetings and steering committee reviews
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 2+ years of PMO experience
• Professional certifications required:
• PSM (Professional Scrum Master) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• SAFe certification preferred
