Job summary

ibex in Lahore is seeking a Scrum Master/PMO to lead agile practices and strengthen project management across the organization. You will partner with development teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive value and continuous improvement.

The role requires 2+ years as a Scrum Master and 2+ years in PMO, with certifications such as PSM/CSM and PMP being highly regarded. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 2+ years of PMO experience.
• Professional certifications required: PSM or CSM; PMP; SAFe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Coach teams and organisation in Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and management.
• Track and communicate team metrics and progress.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and governance.
