Job summary

iSystems Ltd in Lahore is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Junior Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors HR modules. You will work closely with senior consultants, HR teams, and technical staff to deliver high-quality HR solutions and ensure smooth HR process automation on the SuccessFactors platform.

Responsibilities include assisting in requirements, data migration, testing, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (training, certification, internships, or projects).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data cleaning, formatting).
• Familiarity with HR processes like hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, and employee data management.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Compensation).
• Assist in requirement gathering, document functional specifications, data migration, testing, and issue resolution under supervision.
• Provide end-to-end support including SIT/UAT, training materials, and user training sessions as needed.
