Job summary

iSystems Ltd. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Functional Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules for clients.

You will guide junior consultants, manage full-cycle implementations, and ensure HR processes align with system functionality. Responsibilities include end-to-end leadership, expert configuration, data migration, integrations, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• 2–3+ full-cycle implementations in at least one major module.
• Strong HR process understanding across hire-to-retire, talent, recruitment, and performance cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation leadership for one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS).
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with SAP best practices and client HR processes.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide expert-level configuration; review and improve workbooks and system setups by juniors.
• Conduct impact assessments for quarterly releases and manage complex business scenarios involving rules, workflows, data models, permissions, and integrations.
• Serve as primary functional point of contact for clients or internal HR stakeholders; provide project planning input and status reporting.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and steering committee discussions; ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Lead data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities; design and test interfaces with integration teams.
• Provide L2/L3 support and guide system enhancements; align with global HR policies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants; provide internal training and best-practice guidance; support pre-sales activities when required.
