Job summary

Haleon plc. in the MEA region seeks a dedicated FFOF Executive to advance the Field Force of the Future programme, including migrating from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. You will coordinate plans, track readiness and enable users across Expert and Pharmacy channels.

The role emphasizes data migration, governance, analytics, and training content while fostering collaboration across markets to enhance field-force effectiveness and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and detail orientation with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Salesforce/Veeva familiarity is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication across countries and functions.
• Ability to follow governance, handle data responsibly and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support MEA CRM transformation and FFOF programme delivery with plans, trackers and status reports.
• Coordinate inputs from markets and consolidate requirements, readiness updates and risks.
• Maintain action logs, decisions, deployment schedules and issue tracking.
• Prepare progress updates and analyses for leadership forums and go-live readiness.
• Support testing, training, adoption and ongoing user enablement activities.
