Job summary
Haleon is seeking a senior leader to drive the CRM Transformation and Field Force of the Future across MEA markets. You will partner with Global teams to migrate from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, shape local requirements, and accelerate adoption through training and capability building.
The role focuses on data governance, advanced analytics, and standardized KPIs to improve sales effectiveness and commercial outcomes across diverse MEA markets.

- Experience leading large-scale CRM transformation initiatives.
- Strong data governance and data-quality mindset.
- Proven ability to drive analytics-based decision making for commercial operations.
- Leadership experience across Global, Regional and Local teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead MEA CRM Transformation and FFOF program across markets.
- Deploy and drive adoption of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
- Oversee data migration, governance, and data quality initiatives.
- Partner with Global teams to enable AI-driven Next Best Action solutions.
- Define and govern MEA KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Design and monitor SIP performance frameworks and incentives.
- Provide strategic guidance on segmentation and field force optimization.
- Champion continuous improvement and capability building across MEA.
- Manage resources and stakeholder communications for the transformation.
