Job summary

Haleon is seeking a MEA OU FFOF Executive to help shape the Field Force of the Future by supporting CRM transformation, data governance and analytics across Expert and Pharmacy channels. The role includes coordinating plans, readiness, and governance, with a focus on delivering accurate insights for leadership forums.

You will work with local and global teams, leveraging Excel and Power BI to build dashboards, monitor adoption, and facilitate training and user enablement across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Experience with CRM, field-force effectiveness, commercial operations, data or reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Salesforce or Veeva is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support MEA CRM Transformation and FFOF programme delivery across markets.
• Coordinate inputs, governance materials and status reports; maintain logs and risk trackers.
• Provide training content, monitor adoption and support data governance and quality checks.
• Build and refresh dashboards and recurring reports for performance and productivity.
