PRIME BPO is hiring a detail-oriented Validator for the Medalert campaign in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position requires BPO experience and strong English communication skills.

The Validator will review sales for accuracy, confirm client and device details, and ensure all documentation meets quality standards. Overtime and training support are available to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience as a Validator on Medalert campaign.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

• Validate sales made by closers on the Medalert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information, shipping details, and medical alert device specifications professionally.
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Verify customer eligibility, billing information, and service agreement terms for medical alert systems.
• Identify discrepancies and escape issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of validated orders.
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed.
• Meet daily and weekly validation targets.
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training, performance improvement, or if targets are not achieved.

PRIME BPO is looking for a detail oriented and confident Validator to join our growing Medalert campaign team. This is a full time, on site role ideal for candidates with BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and want to build a strong career in the BPO industry.

Salary Package

• Total Package: 125K - 140K
• Uncapped Bonuses based on performance
