Zephyrix Digital is hiring a Sales Specialist to own the front end of the sales process, from first contact to a qualified opportunity and, in some cases, to close. You’ll run outbound calls to business owners and conduct consultative discussions to uncover real needs.

This role rewards leadership, ownership of the pipeline, and rapid growth potential with a clear path from Sales Specialist to Closer to Sales Director, including uncapped bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong qualification of needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to navigate objections.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to target markets and own the early sales process.
• Lead consultative, diagnostic conversations to identify business challenges and readiness to buy.
• Qualify prospects and advance them in the pipeline with clear notes.
• Conduct discovery-to-close conversations on select opportunities.
• Book and prepare qualified meetings with detailed prospect context.
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture non-ready prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data hygiene.
• Adhere to DNC/TCPA rules on calls.
• Share insights to improve scripts and targeting.
• Help onboard new team members as the sales team grows.
• Meet daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals.
