Job summary

Signature Motors is a Karachi-based authorized Evee dealership specializing in electric scooters and mobility solutions. We seek a motivated Sales Representative to guide customers through product selection and deliver a showroom experience that meets high standards of service.

Your role will involve understanding customer needs, presenting scooter benefits, and supporting buyers through the sales process from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present product benefits persuasively without pressure.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles, electric scooters, batteries, or electric mobility is advantageous.
• Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and handling customer questions.
• Accurate preparation of quotations, sales records, and follow-up information.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and customer or sales tracking systems.
• Target-oriented approach with sound negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, teamwork, and a service-focused attitude.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of commonly used local languages is a plus.
