Job summary

Shining 3D Dental seeks dynamic sales professionals to expand and manage the Pakistan distribution network for its dental digital products. You will build and sustain relationships with distributors, learn product features, and inform strategy through market insights.

The role requires travel, self-motivation, and strong communication to meet targets in a fast-growing environment. Prior dental/medical industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven with strong market development and account management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and independently.
• Experience in medical/dental/clinical industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for dental digital products in Pakistan, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors for effective collaboration and performance.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of product features and operations to effectively represent the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and development of KOLs/KOCs.

Shining 3D Dental has immediate openings on our sales team. Shining 3D Technology sells a complete suite of dental digital workflow products. The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Sales team member, you will visit dental offices and organizations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.
