Linkers International is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager – High-rise Projects to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving high-rise real estate sales (Both commercial & residential), leading a sales team, and enhancing business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on high-rise real estate investments.
• Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring consistent performance and achievement of targets.
• Actively promote and sell high-rise properties, consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and investment opportunities.
• Strong sales closing skills & experience.
• Oversee property presentations, site tours, and negotiations with clients, ensuring seamless transactions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns.
• Provide detailed reporting on team performance and sales progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 4 years of proven managerial experience in selling high-rise properties as well as managing a team.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and reporting on a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Sales & business development experience within Rawalpindi/Islamabad and in-depth local real estate market knowledge is desirable.
