Job description

The core job will be tender hunting and submissions: finding relevant RFPs daily, tracking deadlines, and supporting the application process end-to‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor EU/UK public procurement portals and relevant channels daily
• Identify relevant ITAM/ITSM/asset‑management tenders and log them in a tracker (source, deadline, scope, requirements)
• Share shortlisted opportunities with the Sales Manager and support bid/no‑bid prep
• Support submissions: compile required documents, complete forms, coordinate internal inputs, and ensure on‑time submission
• Maintain a clean archive of submitted bids and outcomes
