Job summary

The Clean Estate in Karachi is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to promote and grow residential, office, and commercial cleaning services. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and convert enquiries into confirmed service bookings.

You will manage leads, prepare quotations, and coordinate with operations to ensure service fulfilment and customer satisfaction in the Karachi market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell services and convert leads into paying customers.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident communication with residential customers, office administrators, and corporate decision-makers.
• Ability to explain service packages, understand customer needs, and prepare clear quotations.
• Comfortable conducting sales calls, using messaging platforms professionally, and arranging client meetings.
• Good relationship-building and customer service skills with a results-focused approach.
• Accurate reporting, pipeline tracking, and basic proficiency with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, punctual, and able to work independently in the Karachi market.

Responsibilities
