Job summary

Qalix Technologies is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build the top of our sales funnel. You will find and reach out to potential clients, spark interest in our IT services and consulting offerings, and book qualified meetings for our closing team.

This is a high-activity role for someone who enjoys the hunt. You will be the first point of contact between Qalix and future clients, so strong communication and persistence matter more than years of experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, lead generation, or outreach, ideally B2B or IT services (strong fresh graduates welcome).
• Confident written and spoken English, comfortable starting cold conversations.
• Organized and consistent, able to handle high outreach volume without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM and outreach tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Willing to work hours that overlap with US time zones (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Run daily outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls to start conversations.
• Qualify prospects and understand their needs before handing off.
• Book meetings and demos for the Account Executive and BD Leader.
• Keep the CRM clean with accurate notes on every lead.

• Share what's working and what's not to sharpen the outreach playbook.
