Tkxel, a Lahore-based software company, is seeking a junior business development professional to join its sales team. You will focus on cold emailing, lead generation, and discovery calls to understand client needs.

The role involves qualifying prospects, researching markets, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to close deals. Fresh graduates or those with up to six months of experience are welcome; strong English communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.
• Interest in IT services/technology sales; trainable and receptive to feedback.
• High energy, hunger, drive, passion and grit; able to work in a shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
