Job summary

Opperate is hiring for a remote SaaS Sales Development role based in Pakistan. You will prospect for US clients, run outbound cadences, and build qualified pipeline for Account Executives while maintaining CRM records. Strong English communication and a proven quota track record are required.

The role offers high-OTE with performance bonuses and a fast-track career path in global tech sales. US market hours apply, with a shift from 7pm to 4am Pakistan time.

Qualifications

• Based in Pakistan
• Must work US Hours (7pm - 4am)
• Fluent English communicator (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years B2B technical sales or prospecting experience
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and booking meetings
• Experience closing deals is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails) to book demos with decision makers
• Identify influencers within accounts and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives
• Build and manage cadences/sequences for outreach using best practices
• Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with AEs to pass qualified leads and accelerate deals
• Drive urgency and communicate value to prospective customers
• Hit or exceed monthly quotas consistently
