Job summary

Motive is seeking a Sales Data Quality Analyst II (L4) to ensure Salesforce data integrity and drive data-driven decisions across sales motions. You will design data quality frameworks, perform deep-dive analyses with SQL and Salesforce, and partner with regional teams to improve segmentation, hierarchies, and awareness of data health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data validation, profiling, and reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce objects and hierarchies.
• Experience applying AI/ML and LLM-powered tools to analytics and documentation.
• Familiarity with data enrichment workflows and third-party data checks.
• Ability to perform structured root-cause analyses and translate into business impact.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact data quality investigations across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Establish data quality standards and maintain scorecards, rules, and docs.
• Engineer data monitoring frameworks with automated checks and reports.
• Partner with regional teams to define data requirements and coverage goals.
• Architect account hierarchy and ensure accurate roll-up reporting.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for sales outcomes.
• Create process docs, runbooks, and data dictionaries for scale.
