Telecom Engineering Company - TEC, a Karachi-based provider of end-to-end telecommunications and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support business development and customer relationship activities. TEC specializes in the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of structured cabling, PA systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the sales team and technical staff to ensure timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and excellent client service across commercial and public sector projects.

• Assist sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation for ELV and security projects.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads, update opportunity statuses, and coordinate follow-up actions to progress sales pipelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, gather project requirements, and schedule site visits with technical staff.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to confirm product availability, lead times, and pricing for accurate proposals.
• Prepare and distribute tender documents, technical specifications, and post‑sale handover paperwork as required.
• Support generation of monthly sales reports, assist with tracking KPIs, and help prepare materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring open issues, escalating technical concerns, and following through until resolution.

The role is office‑based in Karachi with regular interaction across internal teams and external customers. Successful candidates will contribute to TEC’s commitment to technical excellence, on‑time delivery, and long‑term client relationships.
