Job summary

Joblogic is seeking a detail-oriented QC Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team in a data-driven capacity. You will review reports and dashboards, validate data against source systems, and ensure accuracy before reaching stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in reporting or data analytics within a SaaS environment and are comfortable using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and AI tools to enhance quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years in reporting or data analytics.
• Experience in SaaS environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and dashboards for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate data against source systems and business requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, missing data or inconsistencies.
• Ensure calculations and business metrics are accurate.
• Test new reports and enhancements before release.
• Perform routine quality checks on recurring reports.
• Maintain quality checklists and testing documentation.
• Work with Data Analysts, Data Engineers and stakeholders.
• Support month-end reporting by ensuring data accuracy.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and quality checks.
