Job summary

WellnessLiving is hiring an Onboarding Specialist in Islamabad to lead client onboarding projects and deliver tailored online product training. You will manage timelines, communicate progress across channels, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring a smooth transition for our SaaS clients.

The role requires 2–3+ years in onboarding or customer implementation, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on experience supporting customer implementation and onboarding projects (SaaS preferred).
• Able to build relationships across levels and departments.
• Creative problem-solver with strong multi-tasking in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Proactive, accountable, and focused on delivering quality onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and project timelines for clients converting from another software or starting anew.
• Deliver personalized online product training tailored to the client’s business needs.
• Keep clients informed on transition progress via email, phone, or web conference.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Promote WellnessLiving professionalism and customer-centric approaches.
