Job summary

UNDP Pakistan invites applications for the Operations & Finance Analyst within the Rule of Law Programme. The role provides financial management, operational coordination and administrative support to ensure timely, accountable, and compliant programme delivery.

Responsibilities include budget preparation and revisions, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, reporting, internal controls, risk management and coordination with country office colleagues to meet donor requirements and maintain audit

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification or advanced degree in finance/accounting.
• Minimum two years (with master's) or four years (with bachelor's) of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Urdu is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized financial management, operational coordination and administrative support for the Rule of Law Programme.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UNDP rules and donor requirements.
• Coordinate with other teams and country office for timely implementation.
• Support audits and internal controls.
