Job summary

UNDP is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst to provide technical leadership for the Rule of Law Programme in Pakistan, focusing on results-based management, data quality, and learning.

You will design and implement M&E frameworks, coordinate evaluations, and ensure timely reporting to donors and programme stakeholders, with attention to gender equality and vulnerable groups.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or higher in monitoring and evaluation, statistics, economics, or related field.
• Experience designing and applying M&E plans and indicators.
• Experience producing donor reports and data-driven program insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated Monitoring and Evaluation plan; monitor indicators and data flows.
• Coordinate evaluations, surveys and donor reporting with programme staff and partners.
• Develop dashboards and analytical products to support decision-making and learning.
• Lead programme reporting, data management and knowledge sharing activities.
