Job summary

UNDP Pakistan seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst to lead M&E design, data systems and reporting for the Rule of Law Programme. The role oversees indicators, baselines, targets, data quality and learning across activities, ensuring timely, accurate, evidence-based reporting.

The incumbent will coordinate with government partners, manage data sources, and develop analytical products to support adaptive management and program learning.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, International Development, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of the advanced degree.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, reporting and results-based management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of integrated M&E plans and indicators.
• Coordinate data collection, validation and reporting across programmes.
• Develop dashboards and data-visualisation products to monitor results.
• Prepare donor and internal monthly/annual reports with evidence-based insights.
• Promote gender-responsive monitoring and inclusion of vulnerable groups.
