Job summary
EY GDS – Assurance FAAS – Manager – Controllership Transformation (Core) is seeking an experienced professional to lead finance transformation initiatives across record-to-report processes. You will guide end-to-end RTOR transformations, act as SME for ERP integrations, and oversee consolidation and intercompany activities.
Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of consulting experience, strong ERP and AI knowledge, and the ability to manage diverse teams across geographies.
Qualifications
- Must have CA or MBA (Finance) with commerce background or equivalent.
- Professional accounting/finance qualifications listed in requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems in record to report transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RTOR transformation projects and drive process improvements.
- Provide SME delivery leadership to multi-geography teams.
- Advise on ERP integration and AI-enabled financial solutions.
- Manage consolidation, intercompany, and financial reporting changes.
- Develop client solutions and proposals; travel as required.
