Job Description:

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, product stacking, and inventory management
• Ensure efficient shipment execution and minimize delays
• Manage multiple warehouses under high-pressure situations
• Support warehouse capacity planning (hiring/de-hiring)

2. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure zero safety incidents (TRIR) and strict adherence to HSE policies
• Maintain warehouse security and product integrity
• Ensure compliance with EFERT SOPs, IFA standards, and legal requirements

3. Inventory & Reporting

• Maintain accurate inventory of product, equipment, empty bags, and documents
• Monitor stock movements, shortages, and exceptions (ROSP, PER, STR)
• Ensure timely daily and monthly reporting

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with trucking and handling contractors for smooth operations
• Coordinate with sales and distribution teams for timely dispatches
• Manage dealer coordination for direct diversions

5. Cost & Efficiency Management

• Drive operational efficiency through improved handling and reduced idle time
• Support budget adherence and cost optimization initiatives

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred)

Experience :

• Relevant experience in warehouse / logistics / operations management
