Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities and support production planning to optimize workflow.
• Monitor and control product quality through regular analysis of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement and maintain adherence to ISO, Halal, and HACCP procedures, ensuring compliance with all quality standards.
• Assist in executing Cleaning In Place (CIP) and Cleaning Out of Place (COP) procedures to maintain hygiene and safety standards in the production area.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance processes, production data, and inventory management in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Support demand forecasting efforts to align production schedules with market requirements and inventory levels.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to facilitate communication between production, quality assurance, and management.
• Manage time effectively to complete shift duties, ensuring all production activities are documented and monitored thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination between production and quality control departments.
• Demonstrate proactive learning to quickly adapt to evolving production technologies, processes, and company policies.
