The program aims to grow engineers and leaders, offering exposure to a global team and early responsibility in manufacturing and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or 1 year relevant experience as Process/Production engineer.
- Educational degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering (Graduated 2025-2026).
- Strong problem solver with drive.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in shifts and apply what you’ve learned.
Responsibilities
- Learn modern technology to produce packaging materials.
- Becoming proficient in safety, ergonomics and production conditions.
- Study quality requirements of customers and how to fulfil them.
- Get an overview of production processes and balance efficiencies.
- Contribute to World Class Manufacturing and TPM activities.
- Use the Infinite loop approach: analysis, prioritization and problem solving.
- Lead projects and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Drive innovation to improve machine productivity and reliability.
- Build a mature, professional network within the organization.
