Job summary

IRC Dairy (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a sales-oriented professional to develop and manage customer portfolios across the Sahiwal region. The role emphasizes building new accounts, maintaining relationships, and optimizing credit recovery and quality handling.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing preferred) with 2–3 years’ FMCG/HoReCa sales experience or the right aptitude for growth. Proficiency in ERP, Oracle, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG or HoReCa preferred; fresh candidates with aptitude will be considered.
• Specialization in cheese, ice cream, dairy beverages is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of target customers, competitor analysis and sales/marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, selling, negotiation and problem-solving skills for managing customer portfolios.
• Experience with ERP, Oracle and MS Office for reporting and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Sahiwal region.
• Analyze target customers and competitors to capture market opportunities.
• Expand customer base and maximize sales coverage.
• Maintain and manage customer portfolios with strong relationships.
• Address quality complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee credit recovery within designated areas.
• Plan sales cycles and tailor efforts to market segments.
• Use ERP/Oracle/MS Office to maintain records and generate reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust tactics to stay competitive.
• Provide updates on sales performance and market trends to management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations in all sales activities.
