Tetra Pak in Lahore, Pakistan is launching a Future Talent Programme for a QA Engineer trainee. We invite highly motivated fresh graduates to join in September 2026 for an 18‑month development program connected to real projects across the division.

You will rotate through trainings, gain hands-on experience, and onboard into a permanent role upon successful completion. You will work in a dynamic production environment, learn modern quality practices, and collaborate with colleagues worldwide to

Qualifications

Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year relevant experience as Process/Production engineer.
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering (Graduated 2025-2026).
Strong problem-solving capability and personal drive.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and apply learning in practice.
Automation knowledge (PLC and SCADA) and TPM/Process Improvement familiarity.
Digital skills including MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Learn modern technology to produce packaging materials.
Become proficient in safety, ergonomics and environmental conditions of production.
Study quality requirements of customers and how to fulfil them.
Have an overview of different working processes of the entire production and balance their efficiencies.
Contribute to World Class Manufacturing (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
Lead projects within the organization and participate in cross-functional activities.
Drive innovation to improve machine productivity and reliability.
Create and utilize a broad professional network.
