Qualifications

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills for evaluating vendor quotations and procurement terms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for vendor coordination and record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase orders and requisitions within set timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, evaluate offers, and negotiate terms.
• Maintain procurement documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Use ERP systems to track purchase orders, inventory, and supplier information.
• Review supplier quotations to identify cost-effective purchasing options.
• Coordinate with inventory teams to monitor stock levels and replenish supplies.
• Support internal stakeholders with procurement inquiries and timely updates.
• Assist in vendor management activities including performance evaluation.
